Tabemonoya Japanese Restaurant always attempt to grow organic vegetables as many as possible and serve to our guests. So we plant seasonal vegetables by ourselves with laboriously which we may see and observe directly in our vegetable garden when entering the restaurant. Now, carrots, cabbages, cauliflowers, green onions, spinaches, etc. are growing and will be ready within few days. After that, we will soon to plant seasonal vegetables of rainy season such as capsicums, egg plants, ladies fingers, etc. We apply traditional fertilizer to our organic vegetables. Our Guests are sometimes interested and surprised when they see such fresh and organic vegetables and staffs working in the field .
Not only the vegetables but also so lots of blooming flowers, herbs for herbal tea also can be observed here.
