Nepali Hindu women have celebrated the festival ‘Teej’. This is one of the most important festival in Hindu culture. During this festival Hindu women take a fasting without drinking a drop of water. They gathers at temple and worship to God Shiva & Parbati in a group with dancing. Along this, married women wish for long life of her husband and unmarried Girl wish for good future and good life partner. This festival celebrate all over Nepal. Generally they were red and green colors customs and ornaments, because red symbolized for holy color in Hindu culture.
